It was then that Pat founded Majestic Coaching Group, helping new and experienced female entrepreneurs begin their Joyous Journey to Entrepreneurship as a business coach and mentor.
Pat leveraged her 35 years of experience in the IT industry – an industry that was male-dominated at the time – and began a new life as a mentor and business coach for female entrepreneurs. Her unique perspective on the importance of balancing the demands of business ownership and maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit truly makes her one of a kind. Pat’s methods as a business coach incorporate a holistic approach that can be seen in her coaching approach and self-care retreats.
